What is your SHAPE?
The S.H.A.P.E. Team is available to help identify areas a person can serve at Shalom. The S.H.A.P.E. Team is creating ways to share serving opportunities with the congregation of Shalom. We want to create an atmosphere of service where people can see and hear about ministry opportunities—something consistent, friendly, and highly visible. One way to assist people is to administer assessment of spiritual gifts and passion questions. Then follow up with personal interviews to share where they might use their gifts, passion, ability, personality and experience (S.H.A.P.E.). The S.H.A.P.E. team and the leadership at Shalom continue to educate, motivate, encourage, and empower the people of Shalom to serve.
