Volunteer Leadership Teams ~
Our Executive board is responsible for the overall leadership of our church and serves as a hub that joins together the key leaders who represent the other main "legs" of our leadership team. We also have a team of Elders who oversee the Spiritual aspects of our organization including overall values, vision and direction. Our Deacon Team represents the various ministries that make up Shalom and our Investment Team collaborates to ensure we're leveraging our resources as effectively and efficiently as possible.
